נס ציונה, ישראל (אפריל 2015) – קמהדע בע"מ, חברת התרופות המתמקדת בתרופות יתום, מודיעה על שינויים בהנהלה הבכירה שמטרתם לחזק את הנהגת החברה תוך ניצול היכולות הגבוהות של מנהליה וקידום הפלטפורמה של תרופות מבוססות חלבון.
דוד צור, מייסד-שותף ומנכ"ל, יתמנה לסגן פעיל ליו"ר הדירקטוריון, תפקיד חדש בו ימשיך כדירקטור לתמוך בישום האסטרטגיה של החברה תוך העברת אחריותו בניהול היומיומי של החברה. יו"ר הדירקטוריון הוא ליאון רקנאטי.
עמיר לונדון, סמנכ"ל בכיר לפיתוח עסקי בחברה, יתמנה לתפקיד מנכ"ל החברה וגיל עפרון, שמשמש כעת כסמנכ"ל הכספים בחברה, יקבל על עצמו בנוסף לתפקידו הנוכחי גם את תפקיד המשנה למנכ"ל.
שינויים אלו צפויים להיכנס לתוקפם ביולי 2015.
