Kamada announces pricing of initial public offering

NESS ZIONA, Israel (May 31, 2013) – Kamada Ltd. today announced the pricing of its initial public offering in the United States of 5,582,636 ordinary shares at a price to the public of $9.25 per ordinary share. Shares of Kamada's common stock are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol KMDA on May 31, 2013. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Kamada. In addition, Kamada has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 837,395 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Jefferies LLC are acting as the representatives of the underwriters and joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, LLC and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. are acting as co-managers.
