| David Tsur is vastly experienced in business development in the public and private sectors. Prior to co-founding Kamada, Mr. Tsur was CEO of Arad Systems and RAD Chemicals. He has also held various positions in the Israeli Ministry of Industry and Trade, including Chief Economist and Commercial Attaché in Argentina and Iran. Mr. Tsur holds a BA degree in Economics and International Relations and an MBA in Business Management from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. |

| Shabtai Bauer, PhD |

| Dr. Shabtai Bauer’s activities encompass over 40 years of professional research and consultancy activities. Dr. Bauer was previously Senior Researcher at the Institute of Life Sciences and Chief of the Biotechnology Unit, both at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In addition, he was a visiting scientist at the American National Institute of Health and research associate at the Department of Biological Chemistry in Jerusalem and at the Department of Biology of the Brookhaven National Laboratory in New York. Dr. Bauer holds an MSc in Biochemistry and a PhD in Enzymology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He has also authored more than 40 publications in Israel and abroad. |

| Eyal Leibovitz |

| Eyal Leibovitz has over 15 years of experience in senior financial and senior operational management with an international NASDAQ-traded corporation as well as in the establishment of new high-tech start-ups and service businesses. Mr. Leibovitz was previously International Controller at Harmonic, a publicly traded (NASDAQ: HLIT) company. Prior to Harmonic, he was co-founder and VP Finance of a start-up which was later sold to Harmonic, and a financial analyst with a privately-owned investment firm based in New York. Mr. Leibovitz holds a BBA degree in Finance from the City University of New York’s Baruch College. |

Ruth Wolfson has more than 15 years experience in RA, including submissions to the FDA (USA), EMEA (Europe) and HPB (Canada). She has served as Head of Regulatory Affairs at InterPharm Laboratories Ltd., a leading biopharmaceutical corporation. Ms. Wolfson holds a BSc in Agriculture and an MSc in Biochemical Agriculture, both with distinction, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, as well as a PhD from the Weizmann Institute’s Department of Biochemistry. |

| Prior to assuming responsibility as Kamada’s VP of Operations, Avi Baziz was Manager of Operations at Ophir Optronics and held various senior operational, engineering and management positions at the magnesium company, D.S.M. Mr. Baziz holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology, and an MSc in Industrial & Management Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. |

| Mr. Yadlin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Human Resources field. Mr. Yadlin has more than a decade of expertise gained in local and global organizations, including Netafim – the world leader in drip irrigation. Mr Yadlin holds a Masters' degree in Organizational Consultancy from Israel Management College, a BSw degree from Ben Gurion University and is a Human Resources graduate of the Ruppin College. |

Ms. Strauss has over 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry, fulfilling key positions that cover, among others, disciplines of Regulatory Affairs and Business Development. Ms. Strauss is head of the clinical development which includes steering of clinical strategies, interacting with foreign health authorities and conduct of clinical trials. Ms. Strauss holds a B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Food Sciences and an MBA degree.

Dr. Tov holds an MD and PhD degrees from the Bruce Rappoport Faculty of Medicine, Technion, Haifa, Israel. Dr. Tov's specialty is Pulmonology, Internal medicine and sleep medicine sided with extensive clinical research experience.
In addition to his role at Kamada, Dr. Tov serves both active hospital and clinic positions. He is the head of the Pulmonary service as well as Vice manager, Internal Medicine C, Bnai-Zion medical Center, Haifa, Israel. |
